Costa Rica, February 17th, 2017

As part of our research, learning, and best practices in health agenda at the Central American Healthcare Initiative (CAHI), Thursday, February 9, 2017, we organized a conference titled “Evidence-based Decision-making: New Trends in Public Health” to promote innovative health projects in the region and generate discussion about training for health professionals and the use of new technology and management tools to increase the impact of public health policies.

On behalf of the Central American Healthcare Initiative we appreciate the attendance of all the program participants, special guests, and the hard work of our third generation of CAHI fellows. Thanks to everyone involved, we can continue to host events like this one, where we can connect with more people and accomplish our mission to achieve a Central America where everyone has access to high-quality healthcare notwithstanding socioeconomic, cultural, or geographic constraints.
